Two ringleaders in the damage of Kenya Power’s infrastructure have been apprehended. “Thomas Anasi, a former line technician at the country’s energy distribution firm, and Joseph Kagwi, a multi-millionaire businessman located in Thika, were detained after being linked to the high-level crime,” according to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
