Virginia’s message had to do with the Raiders – the Oakland Raiders, whom the late Madden once coached, to be exact. John’s now widow wants the NFL to put a team back in Oakland. “He (John Madden) believed in the Raiders, I believe in the Raiders… the Oakland Raiders… Oakland needs a football team,” Virginia said.
