By alang.consultant An 18-year-old North Carolina man has been accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy while on the North Carolina State University’s campus, police say. Last week, police said they have arrested and charged 18-year-old Daniel Elijah Bayley with felony charges in connection to him sexually assaulting another teenager at Lee Residence Hall.
