German Chancellor Olaf Scholz offered Ukraine another €150 million in financial aid during his trip to Kiev. The untied loan comes on top of another €150-million loan that has not yet been paid out, Scholz said at a press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky following their meeting.
