A 13-year-old was one of two suspects arrested over the weekend after a woman was dragged from her car during a carjacking in Paterson, police said. The crime occurred about 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of Main Street, according to Paterson Police Director Jerry Speziale.
