EU foreign affairs ministers are meeting in Luxembourg on Monday to discuss further Russia sanctions for invading Ukraine with the focus now on oil imports. Ministers are to discuss “what are the further steps” on sanctions, top EU diplomat Josep Borrell said at the meeting’s start, as Germany, Hungary and Austria resist EU moves to ban Russian oil imports.
