Until the very end, I was not sure that everything would work out. But then I went to a regular store and bought a Snickers via Apple Pay, from the Mir card, on April 11 at 19:35.
Now I will tell you how to unlock payment via Apple Pay in Russia. No, it’s not fake.
I warn you: I don’t know if it works with other cards. I do not guarantee that this will work for everyone. I need your help with other banks and cards – try it and write in the comments.
Instructions for activating Apple Pay for Mir cards in Russia
one. We go to icloud.com/find – official website of the service Locator from Apple. Log in with your Apple ID and password.
2. The map will open Locator. At the top, click on the Devices button. In the drop-down list, find and select your iPhone.
3. Putting the iPhone in Lost Modeby clicking on the corresponding button. Do not write further the contact number and message, we do not need them. Just click Further.
4. Your iPhone will lock up in about 5-10 seconds. Don’t worry, he’ll be all right.
5. Unlock your iPhone and enter your Apple ID password. You may be asked to confirm your 2-Step Verification password next. Enter everything you need.
The iPhone will return to normal operation. Everything. You will receive notifications that your cards are “Apple Pay Ready”.
This means that Apple Pay is activated. Including for maps World.

No, I’m serious. I was able to pay for a purchase with Apple Pay and a Mir card at a regular grocery store.
