Easy construction and physics games flirt with future engineers
There are lots of construction games, free or less free sandboxes where we test our skills. In an attempt to stand out a little, the team has behind The Engineer created a main character, a clumsy, medieval engineer as in a game that seems to play as much with physics as construction.
Online compares the main character (who you control in the third person) but Octodad and the creatures in games like Human: Fall Flat. However, the developer claims that their game is less chaotic and that they do not aim for it to be frustrating for the player. At the same time, game mechanics are a kind of mix between games like Poly Bridge.
A demo may come in the future, but until then we have to settle for the trailer above.
