According to reports, on March 29, Meituan opened the first batch of 31 free hotel accommodations in areas severely affected by the epidemic.Up to now, more than 5,000 room nights have been provided with guarantee services.
After several days of communication and coordination, Meituan Takeaway and Meituan Hotel will add 50 newly leased hotels, nearly 30 small indoor gymnasiums and office parks, expanding the coverage to all administrative areas in Shanghai, and is expected to accommodate 4,500 people.
At present, the material preparation, epidemic prevention and sterilization work in these places have been completed, and they are being reported to the relevant departments for approval.Once approved, it can also be opened to all riders and front-line security personnel in the city.
In addition, Meituan also stated that it will provide anti-epidemic subsidies to all riders who perform the task of ensuring supply during the epidemic.
