Horizon Forbidden West offers small additional activities consisting of the search for small census drones containing information on the world in particular. There are 10 and one of them is North of Rampartan area you automatically visit during the main quest.

This census drone is therefore at North of Ramparta little further than your fight against the huge elephant Strike-Defense. Arrived at the foot of the mountain, climb it until you reach a promontory (see screenshots).
From there, wait for the drone to position itself in front of you then gain momentum and jump towards it to bring it down and thus recover its module 739.
