MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Wednesday suggested “pausing” diplomatic relations with Spain, ratcheting up the rhetoric of his attacks on Mexico’s former colonial power, which he has accused of plundering Mexico.
