By Daniel Bates Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic narrowly avoided a one-game suspension after the NBA decided to rescind Friday night’s technical foul against the Blazers. This is the second such occurrence for the 23-year-old this season. On Saturday afternoon the league’s brass got together and determined that what would’ve been Doncic’s 16th technical foul was unjust; allowing Doncic to be eligible for the final game of the regular season.
