At noon on April 9, many Guangzhou citizens found that their communication big data itinerary cards were marked with “*”. “Communication Big Data Itinerary Card”, also known as “Itinerary Code” by the general public, is a public welfare itinerary inquiry service jointly launched by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Provide proof of the countries (regions) and domestic cities that I have visited in the past 14 days.
At present, users of any of the three operators of China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom can use the service. However, new card users can use the itinerary inquiry service after 14 days.
The information displayed in the “Communication Big Data Itinerary Card” includes: the user’s encrypted mobile phone number, the update time of the itinerary information, the color card, all the countries (regions) the user has visited in the past 14 days and the domestic cities that have stayed for more than 4 hours, and those in medium and high risk areas. Cities are marked with an asterisk “*”.
So, what does the asterisk “*” now appearing on Guangzhou people’s itinerary cards mean? According to the “Communication Big Data Itinerary Card” user guide, the “*” mark in the upper right corner of the place of visit indicates that there are currently medium-risk or high-risk areas in the city, and it does not mean that the user has actually visited these medium- and high-risk areas.
It should be noted that the asterisk “*” has nothing to do with the user’s personal health status, and is only used as a prompt sign for medium and high-risk areas, which is convenient for management personnel to check.
When the user’s itinerary in the past 14 days does not include cities in medium and high risk areas, the asterisk will disappear by itself.
The asterisk mark will change according to the identification of the visiting place by the epidemic prevention department. Usually, the star mark for medium and high risk areas is updated within 24 hours according to the latest information released by the local health and health commissions. There is a certain time difference between the data update. If there is a dispute, it is recommended that you communicate with the relevant epidemic prevention department and determine your own itinerary based on personal travel tickets, accommodation documents, community certificates, etc.
