The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to immediately deploy and implement pragmatic and effective measures in response to the outstanding problems in the current freight logistics to ensure “one break and three continuous” (“one break” refers to resolutely blocking the virus transmission channel; “three continuous” means that the road traffic network continues to , continuous green channels for emergency transportation, continuous channels for the transportation of necessary mass production and living materials), and effectively maintain the normal production and living order of the people.
