A Nutley man being charged with driving under the influence is now facing a felony charge after he became enraged and spit on two Bayonne police officers, authorities said. Bayonne police responded to the area of 46th Street and Broadway at 5:38 p.m. Sunday for a vehicle crash and found that Anibal Rivera III, 33, of Nutley, crashed into another vehicle three times, Bayonne Capt.
