By Tzvi Machlin Louis Oosthuizen’s continued pursuit of his second major will be cut short at the 2022 Masters Tournament. He has withdrawn from the tournament today. Oosthuizen withdrew from the Masters prior to the start of the second round following an injury. His withdrawal marks the first time since 2017 that he won’t play into the weekend of a major. Oosthuizen had a rough start to his 2022 Masters run anyway. He finished his first round with a 76 and was visibly discomforted in the process.
