Professor Adedibu Ojerinde, the former Registrar of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has signed a plea bargain with the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) in connection with an alleged N5 billion fraud.
