The Federal Tax Service has suspended inspections of Russian IT companies until March 3, 2025. If the tax authorities started an audit in the company before the publication explanations departments, they can finish it.
If the regional department of the Federal Tax Service wants to check the company, it must send a request to the interregional Federal Tax Service and the validity of its decision.
