The death toll in the rocket attack on the Kramatorsk train station in eastern Ukraine has risen to 50, according to Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko, who also said there were five children among the dead. Ukraine has blamed Russian troops for the attack, which is believed to have involved at least one Tochka-U missile. Moscow has denied its involvement, stressing that its military does not use missiles of the type. Pro-Russian separatists in Donbass claim that Ukrainian troops fired the projectile.
