Chicago Bears coach Matt Eberflus has hired Jim Dray as the new tight ends coach and Austin King as the assistant offensive line coach. Dray has four years of coaching experience, including three in the NFL. He was the offensive quality control coach for the Cleveland Browns in 2019 and the Arizona Cardinals in 2020-21. Dray played tight end for eight years in the NFL after the Cardinals drafted him in the seventh round in 2010.
