The roommate of a West New York man who was fatally stabbed early Sunday morning has been charged with the murder, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said Monday. Edman Arnulfo Chipix, 20, was arrested later Sunday at the prosecutor’s office in Jersey City, the prosecutor said. A news release did not say how or if the two men are related, nor did it provide a motive for the killing.
