A 45-year-old New Jersey woman has been charged with vehicular homicide days after she was involved in a three-vehicle crash that killed another driver in Chatham Township. Yulia Raynova was driving west when she struck a southbound Jeep Wrangler at the corner of Shunpike Road and Lafayette Avenue on March 28, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said. The Jeep — driven by Michael Pacchia Jr., 52, Chatham Township — then struck a box truck parked on the opposite side of the intersection, officials said. Pacchia was pronounced dead at the scene.
