By Matt Hladik First, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers got Tom Brady back from retirement. Then, they re-signed his backup. The Bucs announced Wednesday afternoon that they have officially welcomed back Blaine Gabbert, who has spent the last two seasons caddying for Brady. Gabbert appeared in six games for Tampa Bay in 2021, completing 7-of-11 passes for 67 yards. He went 9-of-16 passing for 143 yards and two touchdowns across four games in 2020.
