During his inaugural visit to Washington, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is scheduled to give an interview to CNN’s star Washington anchor Jake Tapper. The broadcaster said on Sunday that this would be the chancellor’s only interview with a US television channel during the closely watched trip.
