Radical Israelis stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque complex in the occupied East Jerusalem on Sunday, the body responsible for running the site has said. The Jewish settlers were protected by Israeli forces, the Palestinians official news agency Wafa reported citing witnesses. A large number of settlers accessed Al-Aqsa mosque compound, the third most-sacred place in Islam, through the Al-Mugharbah Gate, the Islamic Waqf Department maintained.
