Konami’s “Live” series has always been an evergreen in the field of football games, with a fan base no less than EA’s “FIFA” series. But last year, the latest work of the “Live” series, “Pro Evolution Soccer 2022”, ranked first on the Steam bad review list because of its unspeakably bad quality. Recently, Konami issued a press release announcing that it will update version 1.0.0 for Pro Evolution Soccer 2022 on April 14, and finally admitted that the company was too hasty in the game development process, leading to quality overturns. According to Konami’s press release, they were so focused on keeping the game on schedule that they neglected the quality of the game, which led to criticism from disappointed fans. While acknowledging the problem, Konami also stated that the 1.0.0 version of “Pro Evolution Soccer 2022” will contain a large number of new instructions and elements, readjust the balance of the game, and fix bugs. In addition, in the new version, Konami also optimized the firing rate of the football in the game, and added functions such as changing formations and data management to the game plan. But at present, Konami has not officially released version 1.0.0 of “Pro Evolution Soccer 2022″.
