Emmanuel Tupas – The Philippine Star February 6, 2022 | 12:00am MANILA, Philippines — Operatives of the police Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) confiscated shabu worth P2.1 million in Cebu on Friday. The PDEG said Epifanio Mangubat, 36, and Segundo Funcion, 57, yielded shabu worth P1.42 million in Barangay Kalunasan in Cebu City. In Talisay City, police said shabu valued at P680,000 was recovered from Roger Sarlatan, 54, who was arrested in a sting in Barangay Lagtang at around 9 p.m. The suspects face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
