Jakara Anthony clinched Australia’s first gold medal in 12 years at the Winter Olympics by winning the freestyle skiing moguls event at the Beijing Games on Sunday. The 23-year-old was the last competitor and claimed first place with a score of 83.09 from two jumps and skiing down the 250-metres Secret Garden Olympic Moguls Course in 16.86 seconds.
