Trek to Yomi dry slice video
Leonard Menchari’s software returns to show us its aesthetics, which is inspired by Japanese samurai films, such as those by Kurosawa. All in black and white, to respect the atmosphere of this type of feature film, the game published by Devolver Digital is on track to immerse us properly.
Between the Japanese dubbing, the scent of blood, the cinematographic image and the fights, there is an undeniable sense of detail. But Trek to Yomi is a game, so we’ll have to see what it really has in store. As for the story, here it is:
A young warrior swears on his venerable master’s deathbed to protect his city and the people he loves from all outside threats. Wracked by tragedy, driven by duty, this lonely samurai embarks on a journey beyond life and death to find his way and pave the way to his own destiny.
