At the Appeal process before the court in Nuremberg the controversial YouTuber and streamer Drachenlord, bourgeois Rainer W., came up with one in March Probationary sentence of twelve months and some conditions from that.

So the 32-year-old has to, among other things Pay 2,500 euros to a non-profit organization and go to therapy. At the original trial last October, that was Judgment still two years imprisonment – without parole, actually jail.

The now much milder verdict enraged some so-called haters, the anti-fans of the dragon lord. But only shortly after the verdict Prosecutor appealed. The legal process is now being reviewed again by the Bavarian Supreme Court.

Dragonlord going to jail after all?

If the revision is granted there, the process must be negotiated a third time in Nuremberg. But that only happens when checking errors in the appeal process being found.

Already after the original procedure in October 2021 not only had Rainer W. appealed with his lawyer, but also the public prosecutor.

the in October and March again demanded a prison sentence of two years and three months for the dragon lord.

Does Dragonlord have to go back to court?

Should the revision be granted, the third hearing is due at the end of the year and Rainer W. would then have to answer to the court again. All witnesses would then have to testify again.

However, it may still be a few months before a decision is made on the revision. Until then not only does the dragon lord remain at large, he does not have to fulfill the conditions of probation yet.
