The Arc graphics cards recently presented by Intel can also be found in the first laptops from XMG and Schenker over the course of the year. In two roadmaps, the two manufacturers show which models are waiting for all gamers who need to satisfy their hunger for new technology this year. The specified periods refer to the product presentation with availability shortly thereafter.

A suitable device for every type of user

XMG kicks off the year with the XMG NEO 15 gaming-only laptop, featuring an i7-12700H, RTX 3080Ti, and liquid cooling. It continues in the second quarter of the year with an all-rounder for gaming, VR and work. With the XMG Pro Series you will receive the best i7 and i9 processors as well as an RTX 3080Ti in April.

These XMG laptops will be unveiled later this year.

Anyone looking for a small and thin companion might find a new friend in the XMG Fusion 16. The laptop offers an i7-12700H and an RTX 3080. In the third quarter there are further offshoots of the XMG NEO, the XMG Focus Series, which offers cheaper gaming equipment with i7-12700H and RTX 3060 and the XMG Fusion 14, which with 16 :10 display 3050Ti and i7 processor is a particularly small gaming offshoot. Two other projects are also planned for the third quarter.

These two laptops will get the Intel Arc dGPUs. It is a smaller 15-inch model and a high-performance device. Details on the projects in the planning phase will be given “in the course of the following months”. The launch periods are therefore not quite as set in stone.

According to its roadmap, Schenker is planning the first release in the transition to the second quarter. There is the Schenker Key, a powerful computer with an i7 or i9 processor and the RTX 3080Ti. This is followed by the Schenker Vision 14, a small gaming companion with a 3050Ti and i7 processor, and its big brother, the Vision 16, which throws the GPU and CPU into a larger shell.

Schenker’s timetable for 2022.

The Schenker Work Series is a pure workhorse. The combination of i5 or i7 processor and Intel Xe Graphics doesn’t have much to do with gaming. An AMD version comes with the Schenker VIA 15 Pro with Ryzen 7 5700U and RX Vega 8 and with this setup offers a slim representative between the many powerhouses. Work is currently underway on a laptop with a dedicated mobile graphics card.

Last but not least is the Schenker Media, an all-rounder with i7-12700H and RTX 3060, which is suitable for many jobs and is additionally suitable for budget gamers. More information about the roadmap can be found in the news blog by XMG.
