Apple has expanded the Apple Fitness+ catalog with a special selection of workouts designed to restore physical fitness after the birth of a child.

Nearly a year after Apple launched workouts for pregnant women, the company has unveiled a range of exercises for the postpartum period.

Some of the new exercises aim to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to aid in their recovery. In addition, the category contains workouts for the abdominal and back muscles.

The new workouts are now available to all Apple Fitness+ subscribers.
