Snapchat has started rolling out an update to its popular app, where Youtube is at the center. Links to youtube videos will no longer only be links, but will be presented with a visual link that is embedded in the user’s “snap”. When the person using Snapchat presses the video, it will be played either in the Youtube app or in the browser.
To use the sharing feature:
- Open the Youtube app and navigate to the movie you want to share
- Press the Share button and select Snapchat
- Now you come to the Snapchat app where you can create a “snap” where the video is included
The update has already started rolling out to both iOS and Android.
