More than an inch of snow fell in the northwestern corner of New Jersey on Sunday, in a storm that elsewhere consisted entirely of rain. A total of 1.3 inches of snow was reported in High Point, Sussex County, at elevations higher than 1,400 feet, according to AccuWeather meteorologist Randy Atkins. “It’s not unusual to get snow this time of year.
