By Richard Horgan Los Angeles (Knewz) — Kelli Ward’s legal complaint, filed Feb. 1, cites four causes of action in an attempt to dismiss a telephone records subpoena sent to T-Mobile for her call information in late January by the Jan. 6 House committee. Ward and her husband, Michael, who also shares the lines in question, accused the committee of exceeding its legal power and authority, violating their First Amendment rights, violating House of Representatives rules and breaching federal and state medical privacy laws.
