Thousands of people in Ukraine managed to flee from embattled cities on Saturday, according to the government in Kiev. A total of 765 civilians left the port city of Mariupol in the south-east of the country in their own vehicles, Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk announced on the Telegram news channel.
