Taiwanese industry publication DigiTimes reports that Apple plans to launch a new MacBook Air in the second half of 2022.
In its report, DigiTimes cites sources in the supply chain who said that the release of the new MacBook Air in the second half of the year will give an additional boost to sales of Apple computers.
According to DSCC analysts, the 2022 MacBook Air will get a redesign with a 13.6-inch display, an M2 chip with an 8-core processor and 9/10-core graphics, and MagSafe magnetic charging.
Interestingly, the timeline given to DigiTimes coincides with the timeframe reported earlier this month by Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman.
