A New Jersey man who authorities say setting at least six forest fires in Ocean County in the past nine months has been charged with 25 counts of aggravated arson. Gregory Fullman, 32, was arrested Monday following a lengthy investigation and sent to the Ocean County jall. No one was injured in any of the fires.
