Announced during Gamescom 2021, XEL is slowly but surely getting closer to its release scheduled for this summer. Unfortunately, only PC players and Nintendo Switch owners will have the chance to enjoy it over the summer period since we learn that the title developed at Crescent Moon Games (Morphite, Moon Raider, etc.) will arrive a little later on other media, and therefore on Xbox. To help us wait, the American developers are sending us a new trailer with several gameplay sequences.

The opportunity to remember that XEL presents itself as an adventure game inspired by The Legend of Zelda franchise and from which he will take over the dungeons filled with enemies and enigmas. The player will embody Reid, in a fantasy universe imbued with elements of science fiction. The studio promises us a combat system with varied attacks, and the possibility of improving weapons, its shield and other objects in order to overcome enemies but also to open new places on the map.

We are now waiting to know the exact release date of the game on Xbox, which should not be before the end of the year.
