Microsoft will release a new version of Windows 11 22H2 “Sun Valley 2″ this year. According to media reports, this version will introduce the smart clipboard feature, providing a new way to copy and paste content between applications. Windows 11 is currently equipped with a clipboard history panel, where users can manage text, media, emojis and even GIFs that have been copied. After adding the smart clipboard, Microsoft can also call out the application as the automatic behavior of the clipboard. It is understood that Win11’s smart clipboard will not be part of the existing clipboard, but requires a special shortcut key to call out. In the settings panel, users can also manage the related functions of the smart clipboard. This Smart Clipboard comes bundled with a new feature called Smart Actions. With the new Smart Clipboard and Smart Actions, rich text content can be copied and pasted directly in applications like Outlook. This may be one of the biggest changes to Windows 11. Based on the copied content, Win11 will recommend the corresponding application to operate. For example, after copying the email address, Windows 11 will recommend the Outlook app, click Create .
