Wagner was reportedly deciding between the Ravens and Rams before choosing the latter on Thursday afternoon. Wagner agreed to a five-year deal that’s worth up to $65M. Jackson put a mad emoji on Twitter when he saw the news come out. It’s not known what the Ravens’ offer for Wagner was, but it seems like it wasn’t good enough for him.
