The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has recently included Computer Studies and Physical and Health Education to the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) (JAMB). Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the exam body’s Director of Public Relations, told reporters that students taking the UTME can now choose Computer Studies or Physical and Health Education as one of the four obligatory UTME courses if they so wish or as stipulated by their program preferences. The two subjects would be added to the existing 23 UTME subjects beginning with the 2022 UTME.
