Electric carmaker Tesla has recalled about 54,000 vehicles in the United States due to safety concerns. The cars’ “full self-driving (beta)” software lets them roll through stop signs without coming to a complete halt, according to several media reports, citing a US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration document.
