Developer Jeff Hamilton left Blizzard after four and a half years of WoW. On the one hand, his time in the studio has seen him tinkering on new, unique effects like Rae’shalare and the pocket-sized calculator – but also on many of the mechanics of borrowed Player Power that gamers don’t necessarily love.
WoW Senior Game Designer Jeff Hamilton announced via Twitter that he had his last day at Blizzard Entertainment on April 8, 2022 after four and a half years at Blizzard. In his farewell tweets, Hamilton thanked Ion Hazzikostas, Morgan Day and Russ Petersen for allowing him to express his creativity over the past few years, including, as he puts it, “Thanks to everyone I’ve worked with to create cool To make things, especially when those cool things seemed a little impossible or a little too wild to work.”
Very special effects
With the impossible and a little bit wild, Jeff Hamilton will focus on item effects like the pocket-sized calculator, Rae’shalare, Whispers of Death and Jaithy’s the prison blade Obtain – Items with truly unique effects never before seen in WoW (buy now ) has not yet given.
