The Kremlin has said Russian troops were not responsible for Friday’s deadly missile attack on a train station in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk. “Our armed forces don’t use this type of missile, and also no missions took place or were planned for today in Kramatorsk,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. He was referring to the Tochka-U type missile that reports say may have been used for the attack.
