If you really want to discover every secret in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, you have to keep an eye on the walls and the map at every step. In the areas of the Borderlands spinoff, some secret entrances are hidden in walls.

When it comes to “Illusory Walls”, i.e. normal-looking walls that hide secret entrances, most role-playing players will certainly immediately think of the Dark Souls series or, most recently, the Elden Ring. In the latter work by From Software there are even particularly stubborn ones Secret walls that you have to hit almost 50 times. Mean!

In fact, such well-hidden access points in walls have long been part of the developer’s basics. We would think of 1983’s The Dungeon as an early example for the Atari. But also classics like Eye of the Beholder, Wolfenstein, Zelda, the King’s Field series from From Software and many more. Some of these secret entrances are clearly visible, some can only be found by running, rolling, hitting or shooting against the spot.
