One of the most feared opponents in Elden Ring gets a decent buff. The developers had previously accidentally weakened it and are now correcting their mistake. To the chagrin of the players.

Elden Ring is harder again

With the first major update for Elden Ring, FromSoftware has given the game a Lots of new content added: an improved map, new NPCs and quests and fixing some bugs.

When trying to adjust the balancing, something apparently went wrong: The star scourge Radhan boss was weaker than before. The once so difficult opponent was thus for many child’s play.

His attacks had one due to the update lower range and his attacks were also inherently a lot weaker than before. So if you faced the boss between March 17th and April 4th, you were lucky – or unlucky, depending on how masochistic you are – to defeat him in his weakened form.

An addendum to the update now states that Radhan just as strong again is as before. Some of his attacks are therefore unintentionally weakened. (Source: Bandai Namco)

Radhan-Buff: What are the fans saying?

Online, some players are annoyed that Radhan has now regained his old strength. Some write that they just on the way to him and were hoping not to need too many tries.

Others comment that even with the update, he was still extremely difficult to defeat. As a tip, someone on the Elden Ring subreddit is pointing out that players should ride the horse and only summon one NPC. Spirit Ash will probably help you here not further. (Source: Reddit / The Organic Circuit)

You want to prepare well for the fight with Radhan? Then you need Runes to level up – a lot of runes. The following video shows you how you can farm an enormous number of them in a very short time:
