IT House news on April 4, according to Health Shandong, in order to strengthen the traceability and detection of the epidemic, better protect the lives of the general public, and protect personal information, in accordance with the Provincial Party Committee’s leading group for coordinating epidemic prevention and control and economic operation ( Command), Shandong Province will promote the application of the unified Shandong epidemic prevention and control “site code” in various key places in the province from April 3, 2022. “Place Code” is a proprietary two-dimensional code generated by the “Shandong Health Code” system for key places, which identifies the location, name and other information of the place, and can realize automatic registration of personnel information entering and leaving the place and verification of health information.

Place codes are applied in key places

“Place codes” are used in various places that provide public services and business services for the masses and places where there are many people entering and leaving, mainly including:

1 Party and government organs, institutions, government service halls, schools, hospitals, libraries, museums, cultural centers, pension service institutions and other places;

2 Catering units, guesthouses, hotels, homestays, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers markets, pharmacies, cultural entertainment, tourist attractions and other places;

3 All kinds of enterprises, various traffic stations, traffic station entrances and exits and other places and various public transport vehicles;

4 Key production, processing and transportation places such as cold chain food, logistics and express delivery;

5 Residential quarters, construction sites and other places;

6 Other places that provide public services and business services to the society and have more personnel access.

Managers of key sites generate site codes

Managers of key sites should fill in the site and manager information in the “site code application” in the health code applet, and then register to generate a “site code” and post it for use.

People entering the venue scan the code to pass

Personnel entering key places use the Shandong Health Code WeChat applet, Alipay applet and “scan” in Ai Shandong to scan the “place code” to complete the automatic registration and display the traveler’s health code automatically.

Companion registration

For those who enter the venue without a mobile phone, after adding the accompanying person using the “companion person” function in the health code applet of the accompanying person or the security personnel of the site, scan the “location code” to complete the automatic registration of the entry information of the accompanying person.

Scan the location code to automatically illuminate the code, no need to repeat the code

The “Place Code” is an exclusive QR code generated by Shandong Health Code for key places. After the traveler scans the “Place Code”, the traveler’s health code will be automatically displayed, and there is no need to click “Show Health Code” again to display the code repeatedly.

Note: The background color of the health code that is automatically displayed when scanning the code is blue, and the scanned “place code” address is added below the personal information, and the entire background color is blue.
