The number of new viewers of the streaming service Apple TV+ has increased significantly after the film “CODA: Child of Deaf Parents” won the Academy Award for Best Picture.
Variety, citing an anonymous source close to Apple, claims that CODA: Child of Deaf Parents received 300% more views in the week after the win than the week before. The same source said that 25% more new viewers signed up for Apple TV+ this week than last week.
Unfortunately, Apple does not disclose the exact number of Apple TV+ subscribers.
