By Chijioke Okoronkwo Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has held bilateral talks with his Tanzanian counterpart, Philip Mpango, on Sunday in Arusha, Tanzania. Osinbajo is in Arusha to attend the formal opening of the 2022 Judicial Year of the African Court for Human and Peoples’ Rights. The vice president would be the guest speaker at the inaugural event on Feb. 28 to be attended by leaders from across the continent and beyond.
